Some health Care Tips:
* First thing to be done in morning is to drink 3 glass of water. Always drink water sitting and not standing. Same way food should be taken sitting and not standing.
* Brush your teeth twice a day, once in morning and second at night Brush softly for at-least 2-5 minutes alternatively by both hands. After each meals rinse mouth 15 times.
* Make yoga your schedule for 18-20 minutes a day. Do pranayama staring from Bhastrika, Anulom-vilom and going on to Kapalabhatti etc.In morning, work out exercise and back stretching exercises for 14-15 minutes can be done and Aerobics like brisk walking, swimming and dancing can be done in evening for15 minutes .
* Always eat lesser than what you require to fulfill your hunger. Keep your stomach a bit empty. Diabetic patients should avoid starchy food.
* There should be gap of 4-6 hours between each meal.
* Don’t eat fruits with food. It should be taken when your stomach is empty. Most beneficial time is 1 hour before lunch or can be taken in evening as refreshment.
* Fried foods and sugar should be strictly avoided. Tea and coffee are slow poison for your health.
* One should take meats and oils at the minimum level. Total oil should not be more than 10 ml per day. Take salt not for taste but for necessity to avoid Iodine deficiency.
* Never take Incompatible combinations like bread and milk together. Also noodles with chicken. These type of diets can cause headache and acidity.
* In our daily routine, we take 70% acidic and 30% alkaline food. Rather we should take its opposite, Alkaline food such as lime, green vegetables, curd keeps harmful bacteria out of body thus eat 70% is the correct ratio for this. Acidic food such as cereals, sugar, milk, raw potatoes, meats and spices etc. should be taken in 30% quantity.One citrus fruit daily is good for health and sweet fruit like banana should not be taken so frequently.
* Breath gently and slowly for 20 minutes daily keeping your eyes closed. It’s good meditational exercise.
* To start your healthy schedule, fasting is the better option. First day eat once in day, second day take milk, third day take juices and continue juices for two more days. Then one day only water. Again build same way back to normal meals.Fast once in month thereafter with no intake accept juices. Eating food once in a day for fasting is meaningless.
* In Indian food minerals and vitamins are in very bless quantiy, so try to take their supplements which should contain Vit D,calcium,mg, mn and Zn.
* Milk is assential diet but take tonned milk instead of ful cream milk and don’t take more than 200 ml a day in all forms.
* Avoid spicy and fried food rather take raw and boiled foods.
* For complete digestion of your food, eat slowly and chew well, specially chapatis.
* Body mass index (BMI) can be calculated as : Your weight in kgs divided twice by height in meters. One should have maximum 21-23 BMI.
* Be natural. Avoid using cosmetics, makeups, bases etc. Instead use natural products like milk, lime, coconut and olive oil etc.
* Smile and laughter are the best medicines. Have slight humour and smile. Rude behaviour, corruption and hostility of others will never allow you to be healthy.
* Get medical check up every 6 months like tooth, BP, sugar and urine.
